Please note we are unable to ship to regions other than UK, Western Europe, Canada & USA

How to Order

Please use the online shopping cart and secure payment system to order by debit/credit card or PayPal.
UK customers can also order by cheque using the online shopping cart or e-mail.
Please do not send UK cheques without contacting us first to ensure stock is available.

Once you have placed your order an e-mail will be sent to you to confirm your order has been received.
You will also be sent an e-mail when your order is about to be despatched.

Payment Methods

For online orders we accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch and Solo, using PayPal payment systems or your PayPal account.

For orders by mail we accept payment by UK cheque only.
Please note: We do not accept non-UK cheques or International Money Orders.

For payment by UK cheque please allow 5-7 days for cheque to clear before shipping.
Please make cheques payable to Film Poster World.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept credit card payments offline.

Delivery Times

UK: 3-5 working days by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
Europe: 5-7 working days by airmail.
Canada: 10-14 working days by airmail.
USA : 10-14 working days by airmail.
Delivery times are not guaranteed and are dependent on postal services.

Shipping Rates

UK:

£2.99 for the first poster and 40p extra for each additional poster.
Europe:

£3.50 for the first poster and £1.00 extra for each additional poster.
Canada:

£5.50 for the first poster and £1.00 extra for each additional poster.
USA:

£5.50 for the first poster and £1.00 extra for each additional poster.

Packaging

Rolled posters are shipped in strong cardboard tubes.
Folded posters are sent in a protective sleeve and shipped in ridged envelopes with additional cardboard backing.

Returns

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return item within 7 days for a full refund. Please be aware that returned items are at your own expense, unless we are at fault, and it is recommended you use an insured or registered mail service as we are unable to refund items that have not been received.

It is important you return items to us in the same condition you received them.
Please ensure any item sent back to us is in secure packaging.
Please e-mail us first before returning any item for refund to obtain a returns authorization code.
